How it works

Borrowing a Telescope in 5 Simple Steps:

 

Step 1: Submit a Rental Request

    • Fill out the Request a Telescope form with your details:
        • Your name and contact information.

        • The rental period (start and return dates).

        • Your purpose for using the telescope (e.g., stargazing, education, research).

Step 3: Confirmation and Approval

    • Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

    • Once approved, you’ll receive an email with:
        • Confirmation of your booking.

        • Instructions for pickup or delivery.

Step 4: Receive and Use the Telescope

    • Pick up the telescope from one of our local partner locations, or we’ll ship it to you (depending on availability).

    • We’ll provide a quick-start guide to help you assemble and use the telescope.

    • You can also access our Resources page for tips on stargazing.

Step 5: Return the Telescope

    • At the end of your rental period, return the telescope to the designated location or ship it back using the pre-paid shipping label we provide.

    • Ensure the telescope is in good condition and properly packed.
