Our Story
Born from a love of the cosmos and a desire to share its beauty, National Science award winner Aldric Benalan created this project to remove the barriers that keep people from exploring the stars. As avid stargazer and astronomy enthusiast, he understands how life-changing it can be to see Saturn’s rings, distant galaxies, or a meteor shower through a telescope.
However, telescopes can be expensive, and many people don’t have access to them. That’s why we started skysharing.org—to give everyone the opportunity to witness the magic of the universe firsthand.
